Executive Chef Luis Garza proudly brings his family recipes to our menu, creating new and authentic Mexican cuisine. All our food is made from the freshest ingredients, from the Guacamole, prepared table side to your liking – to our vast array of Rojo Signature Dishes including Lobster Quesadillas, Cazuellas de Mariscos (a spicy seafood medley), Mexican Classics like the Stuffed Roasted Poblano Peppers, Enchiladas, and Fajitas.
Our attractive bar also features 110 tequilas, including complex flavors of Anejos, the slightly sweet Repesados, and the freshness of the Platas! Add fresh squeezed agave nectar and you get the most mouthwatering margarita in town!

Rojo Mexican Bisto is the home of hand painted murals done by Detroit legend Andrzej Sikora. He has captured the spirit of Mexico with his awe-inspiring murals reflecting men and women working in a tequila factory and agave field.
Sikora has also painted pieces for many private collectors, as well as commissioned murals in the Detroit Opera House, General Motors Renaissance Center and has participated in numerous exhibits and galleries, both in Europe and in the United States.
