Welcome to Rojo, Where Agave is King. From our 110 bottle Tequila selection to our Margarita’s made with real agave nectar we are in love with Agave and hope you will be too.
There are currently over 1,100 different tequilas being produced in the Tequila region of Mexico. All tequila’s are made by extracting nectar from the Weber Blue Agave plant. This nectar is then distilled into alchohol and finished in one of four ways. Blanco(No Ageing), Reposado(Aged a minimum of two months in oak), Anejo(Aged a minimum of one year in Oak), or Extra Anejo(Aged a minimum of three years in Oak). With such a wide variety of Tequila available there really is no limit to the possibilities of this diverse product. Whether enjoying your favorite Blanco with our tableside guacamole, or spoiling your tastebuds with a smokey, Smooth Extra Anejo and Rojo Barbecue Ribs we know you will agree.
